Feeling Stuck in Life?
Have you ever felt like no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to move forward like you are running a never-ending hamster wheel race? Do you feel like you're spinning your wheels no matter how hard you try, yet can’t get past go? Like you're doing everything right, but you still can’t seem to break free from toxic patterns, chronic stress, chaos, or emotional pain?
Maybe you keep attracting toxic relationships, struggling with low self-worth, or sabotaging opportunities even when you know better.
Well guess what? These patterns often have nothing to do with your conscious choices. These patterns are your subconscious beliefs. You are not alone nor are you something that is broken and needs to be fixed. It is more likely that you are living with limiting beliefs that were programmed in your subconscious mind long ago and have become the basis by which you see the world.
Let’s explore how these hidden programs keep you stuck, and more importantly, how to shift into a state of healing, wholeness, and freedom.

What Are Subconscious Beliefs?
Subconscious beliefs are the deeply rooted thought patterns you created in your early years of life, usually before age 7 when the brain is most open to receive. Your first 7 years you become a sponge, highly absorbent and uncritical of any data coming in from your first teachers – your family, your environment, and anywhere else you collected data. During this time period of your life, you become really good at taking in data, but you are not at the point of being able to process that data so everything you collect is regarded as normal even when it is not. These beliefs, shaped by childhood experiences, family dynamics, trauma, and social conditioning are what form your foundation and blueprint for your character and personality.
These subconscious beliefs are silently influencing how you:
View yourself, your worth, and your view of the world
Act and react in relationships
Handle stress and setbacks
Attract (or repel) abundance, love, and opportunity
Heal or stay stuck
Example: If your childhood taught you “I'm only loved when I’m perfect,” you may unconsciously overwork, people-please, or self-sabotage in moments of success.
How Your Limiting Subconscious Beliefs are Controlling You
If you’re constantly feeling stuck, it is possible that it is the result of your subconscious mind running off of misaligned and outdated information. If you relate to any of these signs, it could be because your subconscious mind is running on limiting beliefs. Have you noticed yourself:
Repeating negative relationships or career patterns despite wanting a different outcome
Experiencing chronic anxiety, fear of failure, imposter syndrome, or perfectionism
Feeling unworthy of love, health, or abundance
Internal dialogue filled with criticism, fear, or shame
With physical symptoms like fatigue, insomnia, or chronic illness that mirror emotional pain
A deep-seated fear of being seen, rejected, or abandoned
Feeling triggered by seemingly small situations
Expressing an inner dialogue of negativity like “I’m not enough,” “I can’t,” or “It’s too late”
If you relate to any of the above examples it is likely due to your subconscious beliefs which live in your entire body as I discussed in my previous posts on the subconscious mind. Your nervous system once programmed holds onto everything. Remember unresolved trauma deposits itself into all areas of the human body, even the parts your conscious mind has buried.
Shift Into Healing Mode and Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind
Healing requires you to tap into the emotional, energetic, and subconscious layers of your being. This can happen using this 5-step:
1. Using Awareness to Name the Pattern to Break the Cycle
Ask yourself:
“What story keeps playing out in my life?”
“What do I believe about myself when I feel triggered?”
“Whose voice do I hear when I doubt myself?”
Use journaling, reflection, and guided prompts to bring the unconscious to the surface.

2. Heal Your Inner Child by Rewiring at the Root
Your inner child stores your emotional blueprint of your earliest experiences. Subconscious blocks develop as a result of those experiences that created a space of insecurity, abandonment and lack of support. Where you never felt heard, seen, or protected.
Try this healing script:
“My inner me, I see you. I believe you. I’m sorry you had to carry this alone. I’m here now and you’re safe with me.”
You can add visualization techniques, positive self-talk, or mirror work to bridge the healing gap. One way I have been able to incorporate this in my own life was by making my screensaver a picture of my younger self at the age at which the trauma was taking place in my life.
To heal my inner child, I did a 21-day ritual where I would speak positive affirmations and repeat the above healing script to myself each morning while looking at that picture on my phone. With repetition and consistency, major adjustments within my emotional blueprint began to shift. I could tell after 21 days that my inner child had been rewired at the root.
Now I utilize this ritual as needed. It’s a great way to allow yourself to become gentler with yourself, especially on difficult days where you may experience periods of your greatest self-doubts.
3. You Gotta Feel to Heal: Use Somatic Healing
Emotions and memories live in your nervous system which is deeply connected to your gut in addition to your brain within your subconscious mind that must be processed through the body to be released.
Effective methods include (deeper explanation of these techniques can be found in previous blogs, you should check them out):
Breathwork for emotional release using deep breathing techniques, mindful breathing
Somatic movement or dance to unlock trapped energy through yoga or dance
Meditation and visualization to implant new beliefs
Tapping (EFT) to deactivate limiting thought loops
These practices help you shift from fight-or-flight to a rest-and-receive healing state.
4. Rewrite your Story by Creating New Empowered Beliefs
Once you uncover your limiting beliefs, replace them with new, empowered truths.
Example:
Old Belief
New Empowered Belief
“I’m not good enough.”
“I am inherently worthy, just as I am.”
“I have to struggle to succeed.”
“I allow abundance and ease into my life.”
“Healing isn’t possible for me.”
“My body and soul know how to heal.”
Use affirmations with emotion, and speak them aloud or write them daily, to rewire your subconscious over time.
5. Create a Safe, Healing Environment
Healing works and develops in safe, supportive, and aligned environments. Do a self-assessment of your inner and outer world:
The people in your life: Do they support your growth or deepen your wounds?
Your personal space: Is your home calm, clean, and nurturing?
Your energy: What media, music, and messages are you feeding your mind?
You are like the closest five people in your life. It is important to surround yourself with healing tools, uplifting and affirming content, and like-minded individuals that reflect the new identity you desire.
You are in a State of Evolution
You are not your circumstances, your past, your trauma, or your fear.
As you heal, you awaken to a new version of who you can be by remembering then rewiring those areas that have held you back. You are awakening, growing, and becoming the greatest version of yourself.
Subconscious healing is the bridge between who you were told you are and who you truly are. Healing your subconscious opens a portal to freedom that empowers you to step into your purpose and your power.
Healing = High Vibrational Frequency
When you align yourself with the authentic version of yourself, your world begins to shift. You will notice that your relationships improve, health gets better, peace returns, and abundance flows.
Your subconscious mind is a garden. For years, it may have grown weeds planted by others. Now, you get to pull those weeds out one by one and plant seeds to rewire how you deal with your truth, love, and self-worth.
Every time you choose awareness over just going with the flow on autopilot and offer yourself grace over self-judgement, you are breaking the cycle allowing transformation to begin.
